About the Owner
Judy works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. She feels that it is important to make healthy living a part of everyday life and be balanced between self, family, work and community.
Judy grew up active playing sports through school and into college. She has coached middle school softball and the YMCA 10K Training Team. With a passion for starting healthy living at a young age she has worked with child care facilities to implement running/exercising and healthy eating programs to school aged youth.
Judy is a runner (5K, 10K and 1/2 marathon distances) and a triathlete competing in Sprint, International/Olympic, and Half IronMan distances. She loves the energy that comes from exercising and living healthy and sharing that with her clients. Most importantly, Judy has the knowledge, experience, and passion to motivate and change people’s lives through exercise, nutrition, and attitude.
